A new report from MIBOR (Mid-Indiana Board of Realtors®) shows the number of homes sold in July 2016 was up by 9.7 percent over July 2015. The median sales price remained the same at $95,000.00 for the same period. The average sales price, however, rose by 3.7 % to 109,667. View Full Report.
