II had the BEST time touring the amazing model homes at Estes Park by Arbor Homes in Pendleton today! If you haven’t explored the benefits of buying new construction, we need to talk.
Here are 3 Things that I LOVE about this new development:
1) Value – If you know anything about the prices of home these days, you know that prices are rising. I was impressed with all of the “standard” features and finishes that Estes Park provides. And hey…if you really want to upgrade to a brushed-gold lighting fixture; it’s really pretty simple to do after you move in! Those personalized touches are what your home, YOUR home after all.
2) Did you know that Estes Park amenities include: Lawn Care, Snow Removal, Irrigation, Cover Patios. Nice, huh? Did I mention LAWN CARE!?! I drink a lemonade to that!

3) Exterior Design Integrity – It’s not a phrase that you hear a great deal (in fact, I think I may have just coined it) but to me, exterior design integrity, as it relates to home construction refers to thoughtful consideration given to balance, scale, and proportion of the home’s elevation. Elevation is a term that builders use when talking about the offer refer to view(s) of the home from the outside. I’m probably pickier than most, when it comes to architectural balance, but I’ve see a LOT of home builders focus more on making an interior layout “work” at the expense of the exterior elevations. You’ve seen them, the homes that have that one stray window or a porch that seems positioned in the wrong place. Anyways, I love the elevation of Estes Park and that’s why I’m giving them FIVE STARS for Exterior Design Integrity: ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐.
